๐น What kind of impact do you want to make?
๐น How do you want your ๐น๐ถ๐ณ๐ฒ to feel?
Itโs not just about the job titleโitโs about the lifestyle, values, and vibe.
2๏ธโฃ ๐ โ ๐๐๐ฑ๐ถ๐ ๐ฌ๐ผ๐๐ฟ ๐๐๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐น๐ถ๐๐
Be honest:
๐งพ What skills do you already have?
โ What are your weaknesses?
โ What networks are you plugged into?
You canโt map a route without knowing your starting point.

Break 5 years into ๐ฝ๐ต๐ฎ๐๐ฒ๐:
Year 1: Shadow a specialist, get a certification, or join a project
Year 2โ3: Take on leadership, apply for grad school, shift departments
Year 4โ5: Publish, pivot, or position yourself for a dream role
Milestones = momentum.
