Terms and Conditions
1. Session Fees and Payment Schedule:
1a. We charge for a total of 40 sessions per season.
1b. By signing up, you agree to automatic payments being taken on the last day of each month. Payments are taken in advance for the upcoming sessions. Monthly payments are not exact for the sessions held in a given month. Some months may have 2, 3, 4, or 5 sessions, but the payment remains the same. This is because the total cost of sessions for the year is divided into 12 equal monthly payments.
2. Prorated Payments:
A prorated amount for the remaining sessions will be charged at the time of sign-up.
3. Venue and Schedule Changes:
Venues and times are subject to change, particularly during the winter months and for the sessions in July. You will be notified of any such changes via our WhatsApp channel and the TeamFeePay app.

4. Payment Adjustment for August:
4a. Payment will be collected on the 31st of July, even if there are no sessions in August. This payment is part of the annual total, which is divided into 12 equal monthly instalments.
4b. If you sign up after June 30th, you will not be charged on the 31st of July. Payments for the new season will start on the 31st August.
5. Cancellation Policy:

5b. Cancellations will be processed within 2 hours of the request, except for cancellations in June or July, where one additional payment will be charged to cover the overall costs.
