The defendants are accused of exploiting Okafor’s August 2024 trip to Spain to unlawfully suspend him and establish a parallel leadership through an unauthorized National Delegates Conference, backed by a questionable consent judgment. Despite police directives maintaining the status quo, the group allegedly continued their actions, prompting their arrest. The petition is supported by video evidence and documentation affirming Okafor’s presidency.
