Each WhatsApp group should have a "Primary Admin" with superior control. 2. The Primary Admin should be able to define or restrict the powers of other admins. 3. Posts made by the Primary Admin should not be deletable by co-admins. 4. Time control for sending/deleting messages should be role-based. 5. The current system of equal powers for all admins needs restructuring. 6. Only the Primary Admin should have the authority to remove other admins. 7. These reforms should be implemented globally. India-Specific Security Measures (8–13): 8. Introduce Aadhaar-based Face ID verification (with live eye blink) to prevent fraud and impersonation. 9. Mandatory biometric (thumbprint) verification within 2 minutes during re-login. 10. The purpose of any user report should be verified before an account is banned, to prevent misuse. 11. Only the Primary Admin should have access to view group members’ phone numbers. 12. Introduce an optional setting where member posts require admin approval before going live. 13. Add a separate field for Aadhaar number (Face ID verified) specifically for Indian users. Platform-Wide Reforms (14–15): 14. Sir, with all due respect, most frauds, scams, and criminal acts originate via Meta platforms. The algorithm detects them, but there’s little or no action—this is deeply concerning. 15. To strengthen the platform and restore user trust, all these changes should be introduced collectively across India. Initial resistance to change is natural, but adaptation follows.
