The City School, one of Pakistan’s leading private educational institution, is looking for a dynamic and experienced professional to join our Southern Regional Office in Karachi as a: School Improvement & Quality Assurance Partner This is a key leadership position that will play a vital role in supporting and improving teaching and learning outcomes across our network, specifically in the following areas: • Early Years • Key Stage 2 & 3 • Key Stage 4 & 5 Key Responsibilities: • Monitor and support academic standards and curriculum delivery. • Implement effective school self-evaluation and quality assurance processes. • Facilitate professional development for school leadership. • Assist in the implementation of strategic initiatives to improve student outcomes. • Ensure compliance with quality standards, including those aligned with KHDA and other regulatory bodies. • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in teaching and learning. Minimum Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred). • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or in a school leadership position. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Strong understanding of curriculum frameworks, school inspection standards (e.g., KHDA), and academic improvement strategies. • Proficiency in data analysis and using school performance data to drive improvement. • Familiarity with international education benchmarks is a plus. .Willing to travel Soft Skills: • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. • Problem-solving and analytical thinking. • Collaborative mindset and ability to work across diverse teams. • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. • Professional integrity and a passion for quality education.
