This communique serves to inform/update residents and stakeholders that the technical team has discovered a water pipe burst between the water abstraction point and water plant. This has affected water distribution negatively because the team is unable to embark on the water purification process. Residents are requested to be patient because of these delays in the production process. In the meantime, the water team will continue to refill jojo tanks. Residents are further advised to use water sparingly. Municipality sends a word of apology to residents for this inconvenience. Further updates will follow!
