Cape We are seeking a SENIOR ARCHITECTURAL TECHNOLOGIST to become part of our dynamic team in Stellenbosch. Lead the development of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction drawings. 2. Coordinate and manage technical design aspects throughout all project phases, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations. 3. Collaborate closely with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients to integrate design intent with technical requirements. 4. Review and troubleshoot construction issues, resolving technical problems on-site or through documentation. 5. Participate in site visits to ensure construction aligns with drawings and quality standards. 6. Proficiency in AUTODESK REVIT and ENSCAPE software to produce accurate and detailed drawings and renderings. 7. Ensure materials, finishes, and construction methods are specified correctly and meet project needs. 8. Prepare, submit and manage submissions to local authorities. 9. Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and building regulations to maintain technical excellence. Minimum Requirements: - A relevant tertiary qualification in Architectural Technology. - Minimum of 7 years' experience in an architectural practice, with a strong technical portfolio. - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and Enscape. - SACAP registration as a Professional Senior Architectural Technologist is advantageous.
