General Qualification: • Bachelor's degree (S1) in a related field such as HR Management, Psychology or Management from a reputable university • Having ± 7 years of experience in HR Field • Good communication skills, both verbal and non-verbal • Can speak English, both spoken and written • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with employees and managers • Ability to organize and manage employee related information • Good teamwork • Have a flexible attitude B.
