Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies 3. Oversee recruitment, payroll, database and employee development 4. Handle employee relations, attendance, and disciplinary processes 5. Manage office facilities, assets, and general services Requirements: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in HRGA roles, with at least 1 years in a supervisory position 3. Strong knowledge of labor regulations and HR best practices 4.
