WE NEED TO: 🔍 Audit who is doing what vs. what they’re qualified for, 🎓 Fund re-skilling, RPL, and proper development, 📋 Design competency frameworks, not generic job titles, 🛠️ Partner with professional bodies to set real standards 🔥 Hold HR accountable for job-person fit, not just process compliance.
