#editorial: When the Regional Member for Hela, Philip Undialu was appointed as a member to the Judicial and Legal Service Commission (JLSC), eye brows were raised. The membership of the Commission can include an elected MP and the appointment of Governor Undialu is in order but many feared that he represented Prime Minister James Marape and would have a direct influence in the hiring and firing of judges to the national and supreme courts.
