#yutok: The unilateral pursuit of political independence of Bougainville by President Ismael Toroama is simply untenable, illusionary and diabolic henceforth shall be rejected by PNG’S Parliament forthwith to restore the Sovereignty and Security of our country. The recent statements by President Ismael Toroama in Burnham, New Zealand on 9th June 2025, which literally threatens to unilaterally proclaim political independence for Bougainville in September 2027 without according due concession on PNG Government is perceived somewhat insensitive, diabolic and untenable under the circumstances.
