⚽️𝐀𝐧𝐝𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐚 𝐯 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐝 🏟️𝐑𝐂𝐃𝐄 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐮𝐦, 𝐁𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐚 🕕𝟏𝟖:𝟎𝟎 𝐤𝐢𝐜𝐤-𝐨𝐟𝐟 (𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞) 𝐆𝐞𝐭𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐨 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐠𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 England fans are being asked to head for the Almeda train station, which is around a 15-20 minute walk to the stadium, rather than the slightly closer Cornella-Riera, which are both on line L8 from Placa Espanya. If you find yourself near La Rambla, you can use line L3 from Placa de Catalunya, Liceu or Drassanes and change at Placa Espanya. You can use a taxi to the stadium which will take a similar amount of time. For anyone heading up early, there is the Splau shopping centre which has plenty of restaurants right next door, just a few minutes to the turnstiles. 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐝𝐢𝐮𝐦 England fans are located behind both goals for this fixture, so check your ticket to ensure you enter the correct side of the ground. FA and FSA staff will be there to assist outside. There will be no alcohol served. We were told on the pre-visit that the stadium would open at 16:00. 𝐅𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐬/𝐛𝐚𝐠𝐬 As is standard, flags no larger than 2x1.5m are permissible and should have a fire certificate. We are now being told that bags should be no larger than A5, rather than A4. Our advice? Don’t bring one. There’s no storage at the ground. If you have a bag and need to leave it somewhere, you can do so in the city at La Rambla at The Old Irish Pub, owned by ESTC member Luke. 𝐓𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬 Tickets will have been emailed and can be used from your phone or via a print out. Should you have any issues at the stadium, ESTC staff will be on hand to help. Fans who need to check in should head for the Hotel Indigo at Plaça Espanya. You won’t get your caps if you don’t follow this process. ESTC staff will be there until 5pm. 𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐬 The advice on bringing your passport to the game is that you have to bring your physical passport. Should you have a new passport from the one listed on your match ticket, try and make sure you have a screenshot of your old one, whilst carrying the new one. If you have any issues at the stadium, please find the FSA Fans’ Embassy team or FA stewards and we will assist. 𝐅𝐚𝐧𝐬’ 𝐄𝐦𝐛𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐲 We will be located at Plaça de Catalunya today from around 10am until 3pm, before the team will be outside of the ground up to kick-off. Copies of issue 195 of the Free Lions is available to collect at both our location and the ticket check-in point.
