*“Thy Word, My Light”* *(Inspired by Psalm 119:105)* A lantern glows in evening's shade, Its flame, like truth, shall never fade. Though paths be dim and skies grow grey, God’s Word shall light my every way. It flickers not with fear or doubt, Nor does its voice grow faint or shout. It shines with grace both pure and true, A guide for all I say and do. When storms arise and nights are long, His light becomes my strength and song. No shadow deep, no valley wide, Can steal the fire He placed inside. O Lord, Your Word a lamp so bright, That leads me through the darkest night.
