A Global Appeal to the United Nations and World Leaders:
The World Must Unite to Confront the Threat of Terrorism Supported by the Pakistani State through Religious Extremism and State-Sponsored Terrorism in the Region
To the Leaders of the Free World,
To the United Nations,
To International Human Rights Organisations,
To Global Democratic Institutions and Allies of Peace,
We, the voices of historically oppressed nations and people, submit this urgent appeal to the global conscience in the face of an escalating threat to international peace, regional stability, and the fundamental rights of humankind. This threat stems from the ongoing support, sponsorship, and export of religious extremism and terrorism by the Pakistani state—an unnatural, militarised entity that, for decades, has harboured, armed, and deployed radical ideologies as tools of both foreign policy and internal repression.
We warn the world that if the leaders of civilised nations and international institutions do not act collectively to stop the state-sponsored religious extremism and terrorism emanating from Pakistan, this menace will pose an irreparable threat to global peace, humanity, and regional stability.
Pakistan’s state apparatus, particularly its military and intelligence agencies ISI, MI, has constructed and maintained a complex infrastructure of jihadist militancy, Terrorism and sectarian violence. The whole world knows that at a time when NATO countries and the entire international community were engaged in the fight against terrorism, Terrorists who are enemies of humanity are being hunted down and eliminated across the world. Pakistan falsely claimed to stand alongside the world in this war. However, the reality was that Pakistan deceived the entire world by secretly harbouring and sheltering the infamous terrorist Osama bin Laden. Even today, Pakistan continues to provide refuge, training, and weapons to extremist leaders like Hafiz Saeed, Masood Azhar, and other notorious terrorists through its military agencies and establishment. These groups are strengthened and allowed to operate freely, causing the bloodshed of innocent people. The massacre of innocent civilians by these terrorists in Kashmir’s Pahalgam region is clear proof and strong evidence of this harsh reality. These groups are used not only to crush indigenous national movements within Pakistan but also to carry out destabilising attacks in neighbouring countries, particularly India and the whole region, posing a growing threat to the wider world.
We wish to alert and warn the international community that the growing aggression of China, the extremist and terrorist ideology promoted by Pakistan, and the rising wave of religious fanaticism in Bangladesh are collectively pushing South and East Asia toward a highly volatile and potentially warlike situation. These developments risk dragging the world toward widespread destruction and the catastrophic threat of a third world war.
Pakistan’s continued cross-border terrorism in India, the alarming rise of anti-Hindu hatred and extremism in Bangladesh, and China’s Aggressive, expansionist thinking and policy, including unlawful territorial claims and forced renaming of Indian Eastern Regions, are clear signs of a coordinated geopolitical conspiracy against India. The collaboration between China, Pakistan, and Bangladesh in these destabilising activities constitutes a serious threat to regional and global peace.
We therefore urge the international community to take firm action against the policies of Pakistan and Bangladesh and to issue a strong diplomatic warning to China. Immediate political, diplomatic, and economic measures are essential to prevent this emerging axis of instability from plunging the region and the world into chaos.
Additionally, we alert the international community to a broader threat: a dangerous alignment involving Pakistan, Turkey, and Bangladesh, which appears to be steering South Asia back toward the path of religious wars akin to the devastation of the Crusades. This alarming trend is not accidental; it is part of a well-orchestrated geopolitical conspiracy.
Some regional and global powers that are trying to weaken India politically, economically, and militarily are also directly or indirectly supporting the formation of a new bloc of Islamic extremism. Those who aim to destabilise India must understand — and so do all civilised nations of the world — that India is a democratic political force in this region and the world. Weakening India would ultimately mean weakening the voice of democracy, human rights, and the national and democratic rights of oppressed people and nations throughout the region.
China, with its ambitions to take over Taiwan militarily, is using Pakistan, Bangladesh, and Turkey to create a hostile regional environment against India. This strategy serves dual purposes: first, as a testing ground for military technology and strategic manoeuvres; and second, it is trying to divert global attention from its aggression in East Asia, especially from its strategy of invasion and occupation of Taiwan. We call on the international community to closely monitor this dangerous nexus and take proactive, coordinated steps to uphold peace, stability, and democratic values in the South and East Asian region.
Within Pakistan, historic nations such as Sindh, Seraikistan, Balochistan, PoK, Gilgit-Baltistan, and the Pashtun regions remain under the colonial-style occupation of Punjabi dominance within an unnatural state. These nations are subjected to systematic campaigns of:
• Political oppression
• Economic exploitation
• Plunder of river waters
• Military occupation and seizure of lands
• Demographic engineering conspiracies
• Enforced disappearances
• Violence and extrajudicial killings
• Political suppression of peaceful activists and intellectuals
• Manipulated political institutions are being used as instruments of state terrorism
Religious minorities — including Ahmadis, Shias, Hindus, and Christians — are victims of state-sponsored extremism, terrorism, oppression, repression, hate speech, and organised violence. Blasphemy laws have been used as a weapon against them. Temples, churches, and places of worship are being disrespected. Their homes, businesses, lives, and dignity are always in danger, and the regime in Islamabad continues to fail in upholding even the most basic standards of religious tolerance or human rights, instead promoting extremism as state ideology.
Pakistan also engages in brutal economic exploitation of the natural resources, lands, rivers, and cultural heritage of subjugated Nations like Sindh and Others. Indigenous languages are being erased, populations are being displaced, and demography is being manipulated through state-sponsored colonisation.
Despite these grave violations, Pakistan continues to receive significant military and economic assistance from institutions such as the IMF and World Bank, and from allied nations that, knowingly or unknowingly, fund and empower a regime of an Unnatural state that supports terrorism and suppresses democratic voices of Historic Nations.
We emphasise that the international community has a moral and political responsibility to act. Turning a blind eye to the crimes, atrocities, and terrorism committed by the Pakistani state and its extremist fundamentalist policies is not neutrality — it is complicity.
We urgently appeal to the United Nations, the international community, and global nuclear regulatory bodies to take immediate action. The Pakistani military and state, ideologically committed to Islamic nationalism and jihadist terrorism, behave in an irresponsible and extremist manner. Therefore, Pakistan’s nuclear weapons must be placed under strict international supervision to prevent a global catastrophe.
We strongly urge the world to:
1. Cease all military and economic aid to Pakistan so that the threat of terrorism from this unnatural state can be completely eliminated, and the historic nations can be liberated from the brutality, political oppression, economic exploitation, severe enslavement, and humiliation imposed by this fascist regime. The global safe haven for terrorists must be fully dismantled to ensure the safety and survival of humanity. This Unnatural state, responsible for erasing the existence of historic nations and violating human rights, must be completely dismantled.
2. Impose diplomatic and economic sanctions. Sanctions should be imposed on the Pakistani state, which supports extremism and terrorism, including its army and intelligence agencies. Pakistani officials and institutions involved in human rights violations should be brought before international justice.
3. Launch independent international investigations into enforced disappearances, extrajudicial killings, religious persecution and Human rights violations within Pakistan.
4. Support the Use of right of self-determination of historically oppressed nations under Pakistani occupation, such as Sindhudesh and Balochistan. These nations have the fundamental right to freedom and national independence under international law and the UN Charter.
5. Recognise Pakistan’s use of jihadist groups as a global security threat and place its military and intelligence under strict international monitoring.
6. Stand in solidarity with democratic, political, and secular voices Those who raise their voices against extremism and terrorism in South Asia and stand for political resistance, those who are working for peace, freedom, and justice in the region, and those who openly challenge the dirty game of terrorism run by the Pakistani state, are playing an important role in protecting humanity. The historic nations, suffering under the worst form of slavery, fascism, and brutality of this unnatural state, are calling on the world for freedom and a secular future.
7. This is not merely a regional issue; it is a matter of global peace, security, equality, freedom and the shared values of humanity. The world must act now to confront the state-sponsored Terrorism of Pakistan and protect the world and Humanity.
With urgency and in unity,
Shafi Burfat / Jeay Sindh Mutahida Muahaz
