We're currently seeking a dedicated and qualified Safety Officer to join our team in Riyadh. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor hospital safety policies and procedures in compliance with local and international standards. Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency drills. Promote a culture of safety and ensure proper training for all hospital staff. Investigate incidents and recommend preventive measures. Liaise with government and regulatory bodies regarding safety and compliance matters. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a hospital environment. Certification in Health & Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of Saudi health and safety regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Saudi Nationals preferred!
