MCA21 Portal Update: The Final set of 38 Company Forms (including 13 Annual filing forms, 6 Audit/Cost Audit forms) will go live on 14th July 2025 at 12:00 A.M on the MCA21 V3 portal. 🗓 Important Dates to Remember: •Company V2 will be e-Filings Disabled from 18th June 2025, 12:00 A.M. ✅ Ensure no SRNs are pending for payment or resubmission. •Offline payments via Pay Later in V2 portal will stop from 8th June 2025, 12:00 AM. 💳 Use online modes only—Credit/Debit Card and Net Banking. •MCA V3 will be Unavailable from 9th July 2025, 12:00 AM to 13th July 2025, 11:59 PM 🗂 Submit all filings/resubmissions before downtime starts. •SRNs pending for upload of Investor details /Subsidiary details must be updated by 17 June 2025. ⏳ Use " Upload details of Security Holders/Depositors" & "Update Subsidiary Details" services. ❌ Missed deadline = SRN to be marked under NTBR status 🔐 Create user id/Upgrade or Merge your existing V2 ID on the MCA V3 portal under Business User category. 👉Don’t forget to associate your DSC! 📄 For detailed information and the complete list of all 38 forms, please visit mca.gov.in and refer to the 'Notifications & Updates' section under 'Important Updates.'
