Customer Support Consultant Position available at Powertime. Minimum requirements • Matric • Computer literate • Must be profound with Microsoft packages • Ability to function under pressure & work independently • Good verbal and written communication skills • Fluent in English and Afrikaans Responsibilities: • Supporting clients with technical support queries via telephone and email • Follow up with new users, update and maintain new users report – dashboard • Update and maintain performance dashboard, eg: Electricity sales, Bill Payments and Airtime sales. • Communicating system issues to management team via our group channels e.g. bugs, or downtime. • Managing wallet loads on User wallets and key partners • Assisting on reconciliation reports Must be willing to work rotational shifts, weekends and public holidays.
