Our Client, an FMCG Distributor located in Nairobi & Nyanza is URGENTLY looking to fill in the positions below:- *Sales Managers – 2 Positions - Location: Kisumu & Nairobi* Requirements: • Degree/Diploma in Sales & Marketing • Minimum 5 years commercial experience in the FMCG industry with at least 2 years managing a Sales Team • Must be computer literate and MUST have experience using a digitalized sales system • Self-driven individual with the ability to achieve targets and motivate a team to achieve targets • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. • Strong leadership, motivational, and team management skills • Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and develop solutions to problems. • Proficiency in sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals. • A person of high integrity (A thorough background check is done BEFORE employment) • Ladies are encouraged to apply Gross Salary: Ksh. *40,000 Only* Plus very attractive Incentives.
