Tech Strong understanding of IP networking protocols (OSPF, ISIS, BGP, MPLS, Segment Routing and QOS), subnetting, routing, switching, network security principles, and performance optimization techniques. Experience in IP network monitoring up to 1-2 years are preferable. Experience with network monitoring and management tools such as EPNM, DCNM, Nokia NFM-T etc. Effective communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
