If you're feeling overwhelmed, take a deep breath and remind yourself: right now is all you need to focus on. Not the whole week. Not next month. Just this moment. Overwhelm often creeps in when we try to carry everything at once the future, the what-ifs, the pressure to have it all figured out. But the truth is, everything else can wait. You don’t need to solve it all today. You just need to get through today, and when tomorrow comes, you’ll meet it then. Take it one step, one breath, one moment at a time. That’s more than enough. 💙
