WE’RE HIRING – IT TECHNICIAN Location: Brakpan, East Rand Quicksure, your trusted partner in insurance, is on the lookout for a hands-on and driven IT Technician to join our team! You’ll be reporting directly to our Head of IT – Carl Cordier – and will play a vital role in supporting our internal systems and staff. Minimum Requirements: - Matric - Clear criminal record and ITC ( 1–2 years of IT support or technical experience - Microsoft Desktop & Server OS knowledge - Troubleshooting skills (desktops/laptops) - Great people skills & client service approach - Microsoft A+/N+ or studying toward equivalent - Cabling, printer setup, SOP creation - Microsoft Office & MS365 familiarity - Must be able to speak, read, and write Afrikaans and English - Additional languages will be an advantage It’s a bonus if you have experience in: Backup systems & scripts Remote support tools Telephony systems Backup power solutions Applicants must reside on the East Rand – our offices are based in Brakpan.
