Hiring: Dealer Sales Manager - HCV (Heavy Commercial Vehicles) Salary Range: ₹75,000 - ₹1,00,000 per month (Based on experience & fit) Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan Experience: 8-12 years in Automotive/Commercial Vehicle Sales Interview Rounds: 3 Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets for HCV segment. • Manage and expand the dealer network, ensuring optimal performance and profitability • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities. • Train and motivate dealer sales teams to enhance productivity and customer engagement. • Ensure effective inventory management and timely delivery of vehicles to dealers. • Resolve dealer concerns, negotiate agreements, and maintain strong business relationships. • Collaborate with marketing teams to drive promotional campaigns and brand visibility. • Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management.
