Job Title: Sales Manager – Medical Devices (Type 3 – Cardiology/Neurology)
Locations: Delhi
Compensation: ₹10-15 LPA Fixed (Negotiable based on fit) + Performance Incentives
About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished Sales Manager with expertise in Cardiac & Neurological medical equipment sales to drive business growth in key markets. This is an individual contributor role focused on hunting new clients, expanding market share, and managing high-value accounts in hospitals and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities for heart/brain medical devices (Type 3) through direct client engagement.
- Key Account Management: Build and nurture relationships with cardiologists, neurologists, hospital administrators, and procurement teams.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor products, pricing, and strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Technical Sales Expertise: Provide in-depth product knowledge, demonstrations, and training to healthcare professionals.
- Conferences & Exhibitions: Represent the company at medical conferences, workshops, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Clinical Affairs for post-market surveillance and physician training programs.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Achieve quarterly/annual sales targets and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Daily Coordination: Liaise with the Singapore HQ for strategy alignment and operational updates.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Proven track record in selling high-end medical devices (Cardiology/Neurology) to hospitals.
- Hunter Mentality: Strong ability to identify, pitch, and close deals independently.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable explaining complex medical equipment to clinicians.
- Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel pan-India for client visits and business development.
- Communication: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
