This role involves ensuring the optimal functioning of machinery, equipment, and plant infrastructure to maximize uptime, efficiency, and safety. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, and relevant to sheet metal machinery, along with proven leadership and problem-solving skills. *Key Responsibilities:* • Preventive & Predictive Maintenance • Breakdown Maintenance & Troubleshooting • Spares Management & Inventory • Safety & Compliance • Continuous Improvement & Projects • Reporting & Communication. Qualification: BE or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering. Experience: • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in maintenance roles within a manufacturing environment, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or assistant manager capacity. • Mandatory experience in the sheet metal fabrication industry is highly preferred. • Proven experience with CNC machinery (press brakes, laser cutters, punch presses), welding equipment, and associated hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
