Coordinating for containers bookings and FG stores for the shipment movement. 2. Billing Activities of all Strides Plants. 3. S.B Checklist, BL draft approval, VGM, SI and intimation to the plant 4. Pre- shipment documents sharing to forwarder / liners to get S.B check list. 5. Shipment documents follow-up with forwarder and submission of documents to SSC 6. COO / GSP apply on timely manner. 7. Tracking of the above said plant invoices 8. Pre alert to customers 9. SAP updation( S.B no, LEO date ,ETD,ETA,STM NO and Forwarder details) 10. GRIR – documents submission to SSC & SPG. 10. Gocomet updation once shipments moved from factory. 11. SAP, Excel and Presentation skills 12. Communication Skills, Teamwork and Collaboration.
