CFP Call for Papers: Queering/Querying International Political Economy I'm writing to announce that Dr. Amy Lind and I are co-organizing a workshop titled "Queering/Querying International Political Economy, Transforming the International" at the BISA & ISA joint conference in Newcastle, UK (October 10-12, 2025). This workshop aims to deepen critical queer approaches within International Political Economy (IPE), with the goal of producing an edited collection on Queer IPE. We welcome both traditional research papers and creative interventions (film, photography, performance, poetry). Our workshop explores how sexuality, gender, and familial norms intersect with race, class, and nation to shape global political-economic structures.
