Have you ever been so tired, not just in your body, but in your heart? Tired of pretending you’re fine, tired of carrying the weight alone, tired of running from the pain you never wanted to face? That’s where Tamar was in this chapter. She wasn’t trying to be brave anymore. She wasn’t trying to look put-together. She was just… exhausted. Grieving. Longing for rest. And what touched me most wasn’t the dramatic change or sudden solution, it was Elian simply sitting beside her. Not demanding. Not fixing. Not judging. Just being there. Sometimes we think healing has to look loud and powerful, but often, it’s quiet. It’s in the moments you finally let yourself fall apart. It’s in the moment you whisper, “God, I can’t do this anymore. Help.” It’s when someone holds out their hand and waits, patiently, for you to have the courage to take it. You don’t have to fight so hard on your own. You don’t have to keep running to prove you’re strong. There is a grace that knows exactly where you are in the middle of the mess, in the middle of the tears, in the middle of the exhaustion, and it’s not here to shame you or push you or lecture you. It’s here to hold you. To remind you: You are not too far gone. You are not too broken. You are not beyond healing. If you’ve been waiting for a sign, maybe this is it. Maybe today, you get to stop running. Maybe today, you let yourself rest. Maybe today, you let someone sit beside you and remind you: you are loved. Still. Always. 💛
