I would request you to not to mention my name and please share as I don't want anyone else to feel humiliated & disgraced like I did today by the pathetic behaviour of NICH , karachi HR dept mafia. The two blackmailers & illiterate man sitting there & with no shame of taking their name Mr Fahim & Mr Amjad(extremely creepy one). I felt completely tortured when I went to submit my fcps form for training there. I was new there and ofcourse didn't knew to which person to submit & the documents they mention on adversitment & write there on their wall are hell entirely different. This man Mr Amjad lotting money and with no sense of behave , tortured me by mixing my documents , he even didn't knew to pronounce LOR , and when I said I don't have and they haven't mentioned in their adversitment about this , he starting laughing making fun and saying go back to home and then bring like my home is just 5 mins away, I came from too far away & asked him to check other documents to which he said oh its not my duty I was just superficially inquiring go to Fahim Bhai, later I waited for this man,who was involved with him in this game , when he came he starting pointing out to smaller issues in LOR which I latter managed to get photocopied, and together these two started laughing with a lady there and starting using pathetic words that such a cheap LOR etc though it was attested , certified by HOD, I felt completely trapped and explained them later they said ok you go & submit challan of Rupees 4000, when I paid , they closed my form and said okay so you have paid and regarding LOR you need to print again by your hospital HOD otherwise your document will be missing and form will be counted as incomplete & all your money will be wasted as we won't call you for a test without it, I explained them that how far I live & every institute has its own way of issuance of LOR signed by HOD to which they started making jokes excuses etc & said now your case is suspected we can't accept it, either bring it new or your money will be wasted & we won't call you to inform you about test & this thing we are clearly mentioning in your form! I shared this to let everyone know the hidden mafia & pathetic system with zero respect to doctors , they just eat money, blackmail you without providing proper instructions on their adversitment page & ask to go back home especially when you have made such a big hustle to reach & I don't want anyone else to face such torture which I felt today & cried for hours when I reached home b/c I was feeling so much humiliated & highly disappointed by the behaviour of HR department of NICH , shame on them.
