You will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements. • Translate requirements into clear, detailed user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria. • Create and maintain BRDs, PRDs, and functional specifications aligned with product goals. • Collaborate with design, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented accurately. • Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups. • Help identify edge cases, define success metrics, and contribute to UAT processes. • Support change request management, version control of documentation, and scope alignment. • Maintain project documentation and status updates using tools like Jira and Confluence. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • 2–4 years of experience in a Business Analyst or similar role within a tech-driven environment. • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks and product development lifecycles. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
