📢 🚨 MANDATORY COMPLIANCE ALERT – SHe-Box Portal Registration for PoSH Internal Committees 🧾👩⚖️
Dear Sir/Madam,
As per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, every employer having 10 or more employees is statutorily required to:
✔️ Constitute an Internal Committee (IC)
✔️ Register this IC on the SHe-Box Portal developed by the Ministry of Women & Child Development (MWCD), Government of India

📍 Mumbai District Labour Office: Circular dated 30 April 2025 mandates registration by 15 May 2025
📍 Thane District WCD Office: Mandate issued on 25 April 2025 for all private employers
📍 PAN INDIA: Applicable to all states and union territories (private, public, NGO, education, and domestic sectors included)

🖥️ What is SHe-Box?
It is an online complaint management system and IC registration portal for organisations to demonstrate compliance with the PoSH Act and for women to file workplace harassment complaints directly.

🔍 STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS FOR REGISTERING YOUR ORGANISATION ON SHe-Box PORTAL 🧭
1️⃣ Access the Portal
🌐 Visit: https://shebox.wcd.gov.in
2️⃣ Start the Registration
🔘 Click on “Workplace/Nodal Officer Registration”
🔘 Then select “Private Head Office Registration” (or Govt. option if applicable)
3️⃣ Fill Company Details
🏢 Organisation Name
📍 Address, State, District, PIN
📧 Official Email ID
📞 Organisation’s Contact Number
4️⃣ Enter Nodal Officer Details
👩💼 Full Name
📌 Designation & Office Address
📧 Email ID
📞 Mobile Number
📝 Note: The Nodal Officer is usually a senior representative of the employer or HR head responsible for PoSH compliance.
5️⃣ Upload Mandatory Documents (Any one of the following):
📂 PAN Card of the company
📂 GST Certificate
📂 Company Registration Certificate (CIN) or Shop Act License
📁 Format: PDF, JPG, or PNG (Size under 2 MB)
6️⃣ Verify with OTPs
✅ OTPs will be sent to the mobile number & email IDs of both the organisation and the nodal officer
📥 Enter the OTPs to verify authenticity
7️⃣ Submit & Track
📤 Submit the form online
🔍 Your request will go to the District Nodal Officer (DNO) for approval

📌 Additional Compliance Notes:
📋 You must keep IC details updated. Any change in members, presiding officer, or nodal officer must be updated on the portal
📋 Your PoSH policy, employee training records, and IC meeting records must be maintained for audit
📋 Display of IC contact info and awareness posters at the workplace is mandatory
📋 Maintain annual IC report and file with local authority (where applicable)

❌ May affect company’s credibility during vendor or CSR screening
