Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and work schedules for ongoing and upcoming projects. Monitor project expenditures and ensure financial efficiency across sites. Collaborate with engineers, site managers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress and compliance with design specifications. Evaluate and verify subcontractor claims and prepare interim valuations. Support tendering, procurement, and contract administration processes. Maintain thorough documentation of all project activities and financial records. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor. Strong background in site and project management. B.Sc. or HND in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Proficiency in relevant tools and software (e.g., MS Excel, AutoCAD, QS software). Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking. Deep passion for the profession and commitment to excellence. Must reside within or close to the Lekki-Ajah axis of Lagos.
