Job Title: Chief Sales Officer Location: Elegushi Crescent, Ikate, Lekki Phase I, Lagos Employment Type: Hybrid Days: Monday – Friday Remuneration: (#1.2m-#1.8m) Job Purpose: As a Chief Sales Officer, you will lead our sales division with proven experience in technology and enterprise sales. The CSO will drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and foster strong relationships with clients across both private and public sectors in West & Central Africa. The CSO should possess a deep understanding of ICT solutions, enterprise sales, and business advisory services, with a passion for transforming how our customers leverage advanced network and security solutions. Key Responsibilities: • Develop sales strategies in alignment with the long-term vision, positioning it for sustained growth and market leadership. • Initiate strategy to drive growth and increase market share and profitability. • Develop innovative sales and marketing strategies to facilitate business expansion across West & Central Africa. • Devise and present business plans and forecasts to the board of directors. • Boost sales revenue through strategic initiatives and foster strong relationships with prospects and key clients. • Spearhead entry into new markets by conducting thorough research and developing tailored expansion strategies. • Represent Treten’s interest with clients', prospects and at industry conferences & events. • Increase market share by identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with marketing to develop targeted campaigns. • Achieve sales goals and service targets by cultivating and securing new customer relationships. • Research on sales opportunities and possible leads to delivering sales goals and increase profits. • Analyze industry trends, identify and track local competitor activities to inform decision making. • Strengthen Treten's reputation as a trusted partner by providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the entire sales cycle. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services for maximum client satisfaction. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors and strategic partners. • Collaborate with legal, accounting and other professional teams to review and maintain compliance with regulations. • Cultivate company-wide culture of innovation and collaboration. • Leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making and set more accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and targets. • Drive consistent year-over-year growth in both volume and profitability through focused execution of key objectives. • Monitor key business risks and establish risk management procedures. • Negotiate favorable terms with suppliers and vendors to enhance profitability without compromising on quality or service levels Required Skills • Tech Skills: Tech Stack & AI Integration • Enterprise Sales and Negotiation • Direct and indirect sales models • Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth • CRM & Sales Automation Tools • Digital Transformation, Data Analysis and Business Intelligence • Digital Sales and e-Commerce Knowledge • Understanding of direct and indirect sales models. Experience: 10 - 15+ years; with relevant Tech and Enterprise Sales Experience. • Professional Body membership an added advantage.
