Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Location: Elegushi Crescent, Ikate, Lekki Phase I, Lagos
Employmet Type: Hybrid
Days: Monday - Friday
Remunration: (#700k-#900k)
Job Purpose:
As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in acquiring new clients, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth through the promotion of our advanced network and security solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping businesses implement tailored ICT strategies that align with their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within target markets
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships in both private and public sectors
• Propose cutting-edge ICT and security solutions based on client needs
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales targets
• Deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiations
• Prepare detailed proposals and quotes for potential customers
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
• Identify opportunities for innovative solutions and service offerings
• Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts in CRM systems
• Provide after-sales support and identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Uphold the highest ethical standards in all interactions
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of Tech and Enterprise sales.
• Familiarity with ICT hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions.
• CRM and Sales automation tool
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Understanding of direct and indirect sales models.
• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field (Mandatory) Any of the below will be an added advantage:
• Master’s Degree
• MBA (Master of Business Administration)
