Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Ikeja Central, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client inquiries, promoting our
products and services, closing deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
The role involves a mix of remote and in-person client engagement, as well as
administrative tasks related to sales tracking and invoicing.
Key Responsibilities:
● Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via email, phone,
WhatsApp, and other marketing platforms.
● Present, promote, and sell company products/services to both existing and
prospective clients using persuasive sales techniques.
● Schedule and attend meetings with selected potential clients to demonstrate and
promote our offerings.
● Prepare and issue quotations and invoices to leads using Zoho Books (training
materials provided).
● Manage follow-ups, negotiate terms, and successfully close sales deals.
● Record invoice payments and ensure collection of outstanding balances post project
completion.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, deals, and sales activities
in the CRM system.
● Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure high
customer satisfaction and retention.
● Consistently work toward meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual sales
targets.
Qualifications & Requirements:
● Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in a customer facing
role.
● Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
● Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
● Familiarity with Zoho Books and CRM systems (training can be provided).
● Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● A customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering value.
Remuneration: Competitive salary (N170,000.00) with performance-based incentives.
