*My Story*
Today I had a meaningful conversation with a friend. We were talking about how sometimes you help people — especially friends — but when you're the one in need, they don’t always return the favor.
As we talked more, we realized something important: maybe we shouldn't expect the help to come back the same way. Life works in strange ways. The person you supported might not give you back money or direct help, but later on, they might connect you with an opportunity or support you in a totally different way.
We remembered examples where people helped someone years ago and later received help from unexpected places. That made us conclude — if you’re able to help someone, just do it. Don’t expect anything in return. Just trust that somehow, it comes back in another form. Leave the rest to the Most High.
*My Reflection*
This conversation really made me think. I realized that the kindness we show doesn’t always come back the same way — and that’s okay.
It reminded me to help people without expecting something in return. Even if they don’t repay me directly, life has a way of connecting the dots. I felt more at peace knowing that every good thing I do might come back in ways I don’t expect. It encouraged me to keep doing good, and to trust the process.
