*My Story:* We had issues with the servers. Systems weren’t working, and I didn’t check if one client had received what he purchased. I was supposed to solve it instantly, but some spirit'' inside me said, “You’ll do it later.” I listened. Later in the day, I got caught up in something else, and the issue was completely forgotten. Two days passed before I remembered. This time, it was ten times harder. I had no contact number, no order ID. I had to go page by page, checking order after order, verifying whether each client had received their item. Thankfully, I had a time frame to work with, so I narrowed it down and called clients who had purchased within that window. That moment taught me something. *Reflection:* *“Do It When It’s Still Small”* What could’ve taken one minute now cost me hours. That’s the price of delay — a task grows heavier the longer we wait. I realized we often lie to ourselves thinking, “I’ll do it later when I have more time or energy.” But later usually brings more confusion, fewer details, and more stress. It reminded me of soaking dirty clothes in water and forgetting about them — when you finally go to wash, now you’re fighting both dirt and smell! Now, I’ve learned to act when the issue is still fresh — when the details are clear, and the solution is simple. Delay only makes small problems grow teeth.
