*Story* I watched a documentary by Ibrahim Karanja on NTV called Sacred Swindle. It showed how some pastors are using their TV stations, not to preach, but to steal money from people. They ask people to send money with the promise that they will win big cash prizes. But no one ever really wins. They just make up names and pretend people have won. One man in the video sent money hoping to win so he could pay school fees. Another person was sick and thought winning would help. But both of them lost their money. The person behind all this is a well-known "prophet" who owns seven TV stations. It’s very sad because this is happening in the name of God. *Reflection* I understand life can be hard. We all want quick help sometimes. But we need to be careful. The man wanted to pay school fees, which is a good reason. But hoping to win a lot of money by sending a small amount—like sending 100 shillings to get 100,000—doesn't work. These people are not helping you. They just want your money. The truth is: money doesn’t come easy. Real success takes time and effort. We need to learn to trust the process and stop believing in quick, easy riches—especially from people who use religion to lie.
