WE ARE HIRING – HSE OFFICER 🛡️ Department: Health, Safety & Environment 🌍 Location: Operational Sites (frequent travel required) 🔗 Reports To: HSE Manager Position Summary: Drill Masters Africa is looking for a proactive and field-ready HSE Officer to join our team. This role demands both a sharp eye for detail and a hands-on approach to safety, as you'll be working across various operational sites to uphold and enforce our health, safety, and environmental standards. Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop and implement safety protocols on-site ✅ Identify hazards and recommend control measures ✅ Enforce PPE use and intervene in unsafe conditions ✅ Investigate incidents and prepare reports ✅ Conduct site inspections and lead risk assessments ✅ Facilitate safety meetings and training sessions ✅ Promote compliance with HSE regulations and company standards ✅ Review tools/equipment for safe use ✅ Drive continuous improvement of HSE policies Requirements: ➤ Bachelor’s degree in HSE Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field ➤ 4+ years’ relevant experience (mining or drilling preferred) ➤ Strong understanding of risk assessments and incident investigation ➤ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ➤ Valid Ghanaian Driver’s License B ➤ MINCOM certification is an advantage ➤ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ➤ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines ➤ High commitment to HSE compliance ➡️ Send your Application Letter and CV to: [email protected] OR submit via our website - https://lnkd.in/e5NXegY8 📌 Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
