We're looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales growth in Ghana, drive student enrollments, build institutional partnerships, and support regional expansion. 📌 Role: Sales Manager – Microsoft Skills for Jobs Microdegree Program (Ghana) 📍 Location: Accra, Ghana (National Coverage) Full-time | On-site | Team Lead Role Role Overview: You'll spearhead the sales strategy, lead a team of 3 sales executives, and report directly to the CEO. Your mission: establish the Microdegree Program as Ghana's top choice for tech skills for global and local jobs and academic advancement in EU countries and beyond.  🏆 Key Responsibilities: · Promote program benefit pathways: globally recognized Microsoft certifications for quality global & local jobs, and EU university credit transfers (ECTS) for higher education in European universities, colleges, and beyond. · Develop & execute a national sales strategy to drive Program enrollments. · Build & manage a high-performing team of 3 sales executives and grow the team · Establish direct B2C run-rate sales for scalability with quarter-on-quarter growth · Lead & manage the Ghana-centric Microdegree Mentor Program for mentor recruitment from higher education institutions, to support student onboarding and drive scalable, consistent monthly enrollments. · Establish B2B & B2G partnerships with schools, universities, government bodies, & corporate clients. · Track performance metrics, generate reports, and provide regular updates to executive leadership. · Represent the program at educational events, exhibitions, and stakeholder meetings.  ✅ What We’re Looking For: Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, ICT, or Education (master’s degree is a plus). · 7+ years of sales experience, with 3+ years in a leadership/team management role. · Strong experience in education, ICT training, Edtech, or digital skills programs. Skills & Competencies: · Proven ability to meet or exceed ambitious sales targets. · Excellent leadership, team-building, and coaching skills. · Strong network in Ghana's education sector, tech ecosystem, or government bodies. · Confident communicator with outstanding negotiation and presentation skills.
