Dr. Sharma has authored three books: two text and workbooks designed for new Hindi learners in the US, and an international bestseller for life coaching. She has also published several articles and has been interviewed on various platforms such as TV, radio, & newspaper. To expand access to Hindi, she has developed state-level certification exams in California & New York and contributed to technological advancements, including integrating Hindi into the iPhone and Siri. Recognized with awards like the International World Talent Award (2023) and Stanford University’s Five Years of Service Award (2022), Dr. Sharma’s groundbreaking research on Hindi learners in American universities remains a touchstone in the field.
