As a Tax Specialist, you will collaborate with our accounting and finance teams to design and implement tax policies, prepare and file corporate tax returns, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Review and verify tax implications on payment documents (e.g., vendor invoices, contracts) to ensure accurate withholding and VAT treatment. Ensure supporting documents are in accordance with applicable tax regulations. - Prepare and issue tax invoices in compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., e-Faktur). - Ensure timely and accurate preparation and filing of all tax obligations including: Monthly: VAT, WHT (PPh 21, 23, 26), and PPN - Monitor tax deadlines and coordinate with the finance team to ensure timely payments. - Using tax compliance software and accounting tools, and maintaining knowledge of tax law updates.
