OSS Engineer Key Responsibilities Operate, debug and maintain industrial automation equipment such as dispensing, pick-and-place and laser machines. Carry out PLC ladder-logic programming, panel-wiring checks and vision-system calibration. Diagnose and fix electrical, pneumatic and software faults quickly; document fixes for the OSS Lead. Assemble, test and commission machines, applying QC tools (Six Sigma, Cp/Cpk) and process-optimisation practices. Work flexible factory shifts and occasional overtime to meet production goals. Essential Qualifications & Experience B.E. (Mech / EEE / E&I / Mechatronics) with 2-4 yrs industrial experience or Diploma with 4-7 yrs. Proven hands-on exposure to PLCs, ladder-diagram debugging, CCD/vision hardware and C# code review. Familiarity with pneumatics, hydraulics, circuit-reading and standard workshop tools (multimeter, soldering iron, pressure tester). Behavioural & Soft Skills Comfortable on a busy shop-floor; willing to extend hours when required. Clear communicator and collaborative team player with strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
