#justin | In a significant crackdown on illicit substances and unregistered medicines, the Zimbabwe Republic Police (ZRP) has confiscated and destroyed large quantities of drugs, including 333.2 kg of dagga, 293 dagga plants, 15.86g of crystal meth, and 214 kg of various unregistered solid and cream medications, which were burnt at Sally Mugabe Hospital. This action is part of the government's broader nationwide initiative to combat drug and substance abuse, an effort that will continue with Commissioner Paul Nyathi stressing that 14,140 liters of unregistered liquid medicines are also slated for destruction at the Chitungwiza dumping site.
