Congratulations to Mr Muhammad Taimoor (M.Phil Management) on defending his thesis at a Viva Voce on 15-05-2025 at Institute of Administrative Sciences (IAS) – University of the Punjab, Lahore. The research thesis was supervised by Prof Dr Kashif Rathore (Director and Chair Board of Examiners) and evaluated by Dr Rab Nawaz Lodhi, as External Examiner. The title of the research thesis is, "Achieving AI Adoption through Organizational Capabilities: The Intervening Role of Innovation Attributes and Digital Organizational Culture in Pakistan’s Software Houses."
