My words —
most of the heart problems we see in the 40s and 50s doesn’t start overnight. They were brewing silently in the 30s.
Here’s my advise:
✅ Start moving - run, cycle, hit the gym. Do something active every day.
✅ Watch your waist, not just your weight. Abdominal fat is a major red flag.
✅ Cut back on sugar, processed food, and late-night meals.
✅ Know your numbers—> BP, blood sugar, lipids, and waist-hip ratio.
✅ Sleep 7 hours. Chronic sleep debt is a hidden risk factor.
✅ Stress management
