Feeling anxious before Prelims is normal. It means your effort matters to you. Don’t try to “remove” fear -use it. That nervous energy? Let it push you to revise one more round, to take that mock more seriously, to sleep on time. To solve PYQs one last time.
Fear shows you care. The key is not to let it freeze you. Instead, act despite it.
You fear the exam because it feels powerful. But Your preparation, your mindset, your consistency—that’s your real power.
Everyone who cleared this exam was scared too. What made the difference? They didn’t wait to “feel confident.” They moved with fear, not against it.
Let fear sit beside you. But you drive.
