*Opening at AMNS India, Hazira, Surat* Position: Officer – Land Acquisition Experience: 3-5 years Location: Hazira, Surat Responsibilities: 1. Identify & Acquire Land: Locate suitable land in Hazira, verify ownership, and negotiate with landowners for purchase or lease. 2. Legal & Documentation: Prepare all necessary legal documents (e.g., sale deeds, lease agreements) and ensure strict compliance with land acquisition laws (e.g., RFCTLARR Act, 2013). 3. Stakeholder & Govt. Liaison: Build strong relationships with landowners, local communities, and government authorities to facilitate approvals and resolve issues. 4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of all land acquisition activities and documentation.
