*Yes*, during menstruation, a woman *can*: - Recite *Durood Sharif (Salawat)* - Say the *Kalima (La ilaha illallah...)* - Recite *Talbiyah (for Hajj/Umrah)* - Mention the *Names of Allah* - Do *Dhikr (remembrance)* and *duโ€™a* *What she should avoid:* - Touching or reciting the *Qurโ€™an directly* (unless it's for dhikr-like verses, or from memory and without intent of tilawah) - Performing *salah (prayer)* or *fasting* So, itโ€™s perfectly fine and even encouraged to keep your tongue moist with dhikr during that time.
