We’re hiring interns in five core areas. - Full Stack Developer Intern - Growth Product Manager Intern - Social Media & Marketing Intern - SEO & Content Writing Intern - Sales/Marketing Intern What You’ll Do Across all tracks, you’ll: Complete curated self-learning courses on industry tools and methodologies Tackle real deliverables tied to Droomwork’s product and growth objectives Receive ongoing feedback from a dedicated mentor and peer “buddy” What We’re Looking For - Passion for learning: You’re self-driven, comfortable with asynchronous courses, and hungry to apply new skills. - Strong communication: Clear writing and collaboration skills- basic knowledge in collaboration tools like Slack, Google chat, Google Docs - Problem-solving mindset: You break down challenges, propose hypotheses, iterate quickly and execute promptly. - Time management: You can juggle coursework, weekly deliverables, and stand-ups in a remote setting. - Basic Knowledge: You already have basic knowledge of the role you are applying for. - NYSC: You are about to begin, currently on, or just concluded on the NYSC program in Port Harcourt. (required but not compulsory) - Age: 16 - 25 years - Location: Stay around Port Harcourt, particularly around Eliozu and Environ - Career Orientation: Ready to accept tech as a career path for a long time - Gadget: Have or possess a personal computer Perks & Compensation Stipend and Accomodation Networking: Mentor intros, LinkedIn recommendations, certificate of completion Conversion opportunity: Top performers invited to full-time roles.
